We maintain our growing practices using ecological methods that include: composting, cover cropping, minimal tilling, crop rotation, organic matter and minerals that feed the soil that feed our plants.
We are USDA certified organic and use these practices in a raised bed system that reduces soil compaction and maximizes plant health for nutrition and sustainability.
Everything we sell is grown by us with our first priority being to the land, soil, and environment which coincides with producing a healthy and high quality product.
The local availability ensures our community freshness and a longer shelf life.
